You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or buy anything on it. By ordering you confirm that you are 21+, that hemp-derived cannabinoid products are legal where you live, and that you are ordering for personal use.

We use an age gate and may use further verification at checkout or delivery. Supplying false information to get around age verification voids any obligation we have to you.

We sell hemp-derived products containing THCA and other cannabinoids, produced from hemp grown and processed in the United States. Every batch is third-party tested and a certificate of analysis is available.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to a doctor before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

Our products can cause a positive result on a drug test. Standard tests do not distinguish hemp-derived cannabinoids from any other source. If you are subject to testing for any reason, do not use these products. We are not responsible for the consequences of a positive test.

We ship only to states where hemp-derived cannabinoid products are lawful. Our current restricted list is on the Shipping page.

It is your responsibility to know your local and state law before ordering. Placing an order for delivery into a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these terms, and those orders are not eligible for refund if seized.

• An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order.
• We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or the destination is restricted.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
• We are not liable for pricing or typographic errors, and may correct them at any time.

Because these are consumable products, all sales are final once shipped. See our Refund & Returns policy for the exceptions covering damaged or incorrect orders.

The 2HEADY, FIDDY BOYZ, DUBZ and HASHALOTS names, logos and artwork on this site belong to us. You may not use them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer-protection rights you hold under the law of the state where you live.

1. Talk to us first

Before starting any formal proceeding, send a written description of the dispute and the resolution you want to info@2heady.com. We have 30 days to resolve it informally, and both sides agree to attempt this first.

2. Binding arbitration

If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, or remotely by mutual agreement.

3. Exceptions

Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead, or seek an injunction in court to protect intellectual property.

4. Individual claims only

Claims must be brought individually. You and 2HEADY both waive the right to bring or join a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration section does not apply.

5. Opting out

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@2heady.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of your first order. Include your name and order number. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

6. If arbitration does not apply

Both sides agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping policy and Refund & Returns policy, form the entire agreement between you and 2HEADY regarding your use of this site.
