Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 48–72 business hours. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping — $8
2–5 business days. Discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Free on orders over $150.
Cold Pack Express — $22
1–2 business days, shipped in an insulated mailer with a frozen gel pack. Strongly recommended for live rosin, hash holes and any concentrate between May and September, or any time your local forecast is above 80°F.
Rosin is temperature sensitive. Heat in transit will change its consistency — badder can turn to sauce, and terpenes degrade. Cold pack keeps the product stable through the last mile. Consistency changes caused by heat on a standard shipment are not covered by our refund policy.
Age Verification
You must be 21 or older to order. By placing an order you certify that you are of legal age and aware of your local and state laws regarding hemp products.
Lost, Stolen or Seized Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft. If tracking stalls for more than 7 business days, contact us and we’ll open a carrier claim.
Returns
Because these are consumable products, all sales are final once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
